Where is the storella located?

storella is a Canadian based company with an online shop. The owner and operator, Anita Saulite, lives in Ontario, Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Products ship from the United States or Asia and typically take 5-8 business days to arrive. Orders will be confirmed immediately and through our partner, Shopify. All payments are made through Shopify and are safe and secure.

Where do you deliver? Do you deliver to my country?

We currently deliver to North America.

How do I return items?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Out of stock products

We do our best not to promote a product that is out of stock. It may happen from time to time. If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to order it.

Can I return or exchange an item bought on sale?

All items purchased during a sale or items that are marked down cannot be returned. For all other items, a return request may be made.

Will my delivery fees be refunded?

We only refund the cost of the item when we process the return, and not the delivery cost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives at your home damaged, we will issue a refund. Simply contact us by email and we will review your order history and details of the damage.
